Nokia 3608 is a clamshell design CDMA phone featuring 2-Inches, 262 144 colors, TFT main display with 176 x 220 pixels resolution and 1.2 inches, 65 536 Color, TFT external display with 128 x 128 pixels resolution. The 3608 has a 1.3 megapixel camera with LED flash. It is 90 x 47.5 x 15.3 mm in size and weighs 87 grams. The Nokia 3608 handset has CDMA dual-band connectivity (800/1900 MHz).
The Nokia 3608 features a music player supporting MP3 format, external music keys, FM Radio, HeadSet Jack (2.5mm), Stereo Bluetooth 2.0 with EDR, microUSB, WAP 2.0, GPS. It has 15MB built-in memory and microSD / microSDHC memory slot to expand up to 4GB. Other features includes Voice Recording, Speaker Phone, MMS, SMS, Caller groups supported, 1000-names capacity, Multiple Numbers Per Contact, Picture ID, Ring ID, Alarm, Calendar, Calculator, TO-DO, Stopwatch.
The 3608 handset has a Li-Ion, 700 mAh battery which provides up to 3.5 hours of Talk time and 264 hours of Stand-by time. The Nokia 3608 will be first released in China, thru China Unicom. Yet, no word about release date and price.
