Motorola Inc. has announced the release date of Motorola ROKR E8. The ROKR E8 will be available for U.S. citizens on July 7, 2008 thru T-Mobile USA. Get ready to rock and experience the Motorola ROKR E8 from talk to music in one touch. The ROKR E8 is not just a music phone but more than that. The ROKR E8 features 320 x 240 pixel QVGA display, 0.41" (D) x 4.53" (H) x 2.09" (W) in size and 100g in weight. It is equipped with a 2.0 Megapixel camera with 8x digital zoom to capture high quality videos and snaps. When it comes to music, it has a Windows Media Player 11 which provides access to more than 200 online music stores supporting the AAC, AMR, WAV, WMA file formats, Station/Track Identifier, 3.5 mm stereo headset jack and Built-in FM radio.
The ModeShift technology transforms the device from phone to music player to imaging device with the touch of a button. The innovative haptics technology provides a vibration when a virtual key is pressed.
