As mentioned in the previous post, Sony Ericsson has announced three new phones. The Sony Ericsson W715 Walkman™ Series phone is the second phone announced recently in London, UK. It was announced that Vodafone customers soon will be able to use the GPS enabled W715 phone. Also by using the Vodafone Find&Go, users will be able to trace out the nearest restaurants, hotels & shopping centres just with a few clicks on their phone.

As compared to W980 walkman™ phone the W715 Walkman™ phone features the same sound quality which was announced as the 'best audio experience' in independent tests. Just like W508 Walkman™ phone the W715 phone also includes the popular features such as TrackID™, Shake Control to switch tracks with the flick of a wrist & SensMe™ for matching your mood to the music with crystal clear sound.

The metal finish of W715 combines with a large screen in an elegant and compact slider which gives a professional feel to the user. The high quality 3.2 Megapixel camera and Wi-Fi connectivity lets the users to click photos of friends, and very quickly upload them to social networking sites to share them with all.

The Vodafone exclusive Sony Ericsson W715 Walkman™ phone will be available in colors Galactic Black, and Luxury Silver. Country availability will be announced in due course.

Sony Ericsson Announces couple of new Phones

Recently, Sony Ericsson has unveiled three new phones with some new technology which includes the W508 & W715 from the Walkman™ family and the C510 the Cyber-shot™ series.

The Sony Ericsson W508 was announced recently in Las Vegas, USA, which comes with some clever technology like Shake and Gesture control, SenseMe™ & TrackID™. "The sony ericsson W508 phone is the perfect phone for those people who likes to express their style and individuality through their mobile phone." says Alexandre Cardon, Global Product Marketing Manager (music) at Sony Ericsson. Also the phone comes with one extra Style-Up™ cover to change your mobile phone with your mood.

The new technology "Shake and Gesture" control lets you become self DJ by flicking your wrist or just set the shuffle function by shaking your mobile phone. T-Mobile and Google officially announced Android G1

T-Mobile and Google officially announced the Google's first Android based smartphone G1, developed by HTC, in the press conference at Guastavino's, a cavernous banquet and wedding space on Upper East Side of New York City. The Android G1 will be available for $179 on contract with a voice and data plan. The G1 will be available in UK in November, and across Europe in 1st Quarter 2009 including Germany, Austria, Czech Republic and the Netherlands. The G1 will be SIM-locked to T-Mobile.
